为什么原句是正确的，而不能用extinction;its number are now five times more than 。我记得OG说greater than修饰的是不可数名词啊。

number是不能用more修饰的.(从逻辑上想想就通啦)

数字是比大小的，不能比多少。

不好意思，还是不明白。more than 和greater than的区别到底是什么啊？
