标题: 刚刚收到BU的offer
刚才打开邮箱，看到Boston University发来的Offer，还有一个nearly full scholarship，每年30K的dean's scholarship，另外还有一个10K的additional scholarship 和3k 的BUILDE Scholarship 。
因为个人原因，我只能申请boston的学校，所以Harvard，MIT，BU，BC全申请了。Harvard石沉大海，MIT waitlist，BC刚提交，还没消息，只有有BU送来一点安慰，不知是喜是忧，兴奋不起来。
我的基本情况：7年工作经验，3年Arthur Anderson，4年Fortune 500，G 710， T 630。

一直有个小疑问，懒得上网去查了，BU和BC比较哪一个学校更好一点呢？BU好像奖学金满多的。

I didn't get email or mail from BU now. Today is the descition day for round 2 of BU. I called BU this afternoon
They told me the descisition will be sent by mail and it will arrive in several days. So I think maybe I am rejected.
I messed up my intervew because I didn't prepare well for it. Though my GMAT and Toefl is higher than LZ. And
the background is not bad.

我打电话问了, 他们也说我被录取了, 但他们没有寄录取的 email给我; 说明天会寄 admission package 给我, 给了 tracking number 和教我如何 track.

剛剛耐不住性子便打去BU了 但是卻說現在系統被關了不能查 我真不該中午打去的說 然後他就問我有收到EMAIL嘛 說也許下個禮拜結果才會出來 因為今年申請的人真的很多 覺得有點被敷衍的感覺@@

BU的ADCOM给我的感觉就是DISORGANIZE,这也是我最后决定去BC的原因之一.据我所知,录取是不打电话不发EMAIL的,DECISION DATE两天后会有快件包裹来.LZ钱拿得真够多,你申请哪一个PROGRAM?多出的钱令人羡慕啊.

some of applicants from taiwan got the email said they got the admission.
but I do agree that the adcom office is in a mess now.

我也試過e-mail跟電話詢問結果，校方人員就是死都不肯透漏一點結果，雖然有幫我進資料庫查，不過只有一句:"已經有決定了，但學校的政策是不會透過電話或e-mail告知申請結果"。即使我不死心的說:"就我所知有些錄取的學生都收到校方的e-mail通知"，校方還是堅持說"除了少部分例子外學校都堅持用正式書信告知最後結果"...(目前雖然無法判斷結果是好是壞，不過如上面資訊顯示，目前許多錄取的朋友都有收到E-MAIL通知錄取，我想我的心理建設已經十分健全了...)
搞不懂...就算掛了也早點說一聲不要讓人等這麼啊~

我今年申请晚了。可能只能赶上最后一轮315的了。请NN们指点，是否还有希望被录取呢？今年看样子申请的人非常多撒！我在国内某银行总部工作4年，G710，T657，CFA LEVEL1 PASSED，从事证券相关业务。请大家指点撒！！！

I'm also waiting for the final decision. I called the ad. office last week and they told me that they have sent out most of their R2 decisions. 2/18 is pretty early, are you a R2 applicant? thanks!

Hi, janetzhj, I got their mail a few weeks ago since I live in Boston, got waitlisted. You can ask them your status via phone now, or send the school an email. If you are admitted, they will tell you the result via the phone, if waitlisted or denied, they will email you the result.
