偶觉得对重视teamwork的学校来说，回答这个问题还真的是很不容易。teamwork很重要，但是单独把它拎出来反复讨论说明，我却觉得茫然。还得好好找下合适的例子啊。

u can refer winback & C-ban 's idea: " set-common-goal ==> compromise ===> learn-valuable-point"

补充一个面经。。。虽然由于我的申请被move到第三轮，已经打算withdraw.....

我的面试一共10分钟不到。

What are you doing in your current company?

What's your goals? plan after graduation?

Why Duke?

Any question?

确实够短。。。。我准备了一个下午的东西一点没用上。感觉纯粹就看看口语,看看是不是个好相处的人。我说"I never expected such a quick interview.."对方答："Yes..quite effective, right?"

其实我还是蛮喜欢这个面试风格的，很爽气。。。。。可惜最终因为不可控制的原因只好放弃duke乐。祝各位好运;)

我卖你一个小道消息：C版下个星期在上海，你让她给你做一个mock interview。她应该不会拒绝美女的。

I think Team work carries a lot of value for Duke. That's something we try very hard to differentiate ourselves from the crowds (or maybe not). After you start you first year study in any top school, you sure soon find out how important is that to you and the whole community. Most of the assignments are done by teams and you will learn from your teamates more than from professors some time. You can also imagine when put hundreds of "elite" students in one small community, lacking of team work spirit will lead the whole program to nowhere.

That's just my own thoughts. I'm sure other schools may have different priorities on their agenda and I fully respect that.

hehe, whether the 10 minutes were long enough for me to win the heart of the interviewer or completely deprive the interviewer of her interest in me will be a myth forever.....I will never have the chance to verify it ... Sigh...
