因为，老俞的网络课程中讲到这是动词的动作，不是动词的结果。A是动词的结果，而D是车的测试动作。

有了，D项这句话实际上是一个倒装结构，其正常的语序是：
(somebody) agreed to pay (how much money) for having cars with their odometers disconnected test-driven.
其固定搭配就是：have something done，就是“让/使（什么事情）被做/完成”的意思，是表明一个被动的动作。

来造个句子：
I paid ￥100 for having my laptop fixed.
我花了100元来（叫他人）修理我的笔记本电脑。
