1980:  M: finsh 总量. P: 人口总量.  


1980 fish 的consumption/ per:  M / P


1989: M*1.045: finsh 总量. P*1.06: 人口总量.  


1989 fish 的consumption/ per:  M *1.045 / P * 1.06 = 0.98 * (M / P)  要小于1980年的.
