我觉得就是a

c好几出错误：一没有that

二时态不对

三 up to one-fourth of its stores 时修饰sales的

c的时态没有问题，反倒是a的时态有问题，announced后面要用过去时啊

记得有些动词后面可以不加that来做宾语从句，这个应该算其中之一了

另外问一下不选a的另外原因是否是they突然出现感觉很突兀？？

选A就是冲它有that，5秒钟就选了A，但是A的表述很复杂，

如果C有that,

就选C，
