Look into the criteria, and show to the committee why you fit. If not stated explicitly, you can refer to the most common points such as

leadership, academic performance, team work, community contribution...

没有看到对篇幅的要求，通常需要写很详细吗？还是只对essay中的内容进行归纳整理
