Which 可以指代一个句子吗？选项A中好象指代整个句子了，请高手解释which 的用法。

我选的也是B，我第一个排除的就是A，a中的which 明显是错误指代前面的句子

B的结构很清楚啊，the fact make it seem that ..., but...
