首先，is waves会不会不平衡呢？
因为动词is为单数，可是waves却是复数。
另外， ,many of them children, who这样很容易让人以为who是代children~
请问各位大大怎样破解这题呢？

C. 主语是 A new phenomenon, is 和 weaves 无关。

many of them 是 vendors and beggars同位语， who 修饰vendors and beggars.

S和V之间单复数要一致。S和O之间单复数不一定要一致。还有很多例子呢，做题时可以留心点。

这个是什么意思，同位语吗？
