标题: Kellogg interview waiver

After waiting for 3 months and pushing for 6 times for Kellogg interview, I got my first interview related update among all schools I applied - interview waiver. I would see this as positive since it might save me 2 hours.

Same here. After waiting for more than two weeks, I received a so called Interview waiver from Kellogg. Though it said that interview waiver will not negatively affect the result, I still doubt that Kellogg just ask those who are highly possible to be admitted for interview. Just my 2 cents!

Based on discussion on BW forum, if the ad comm like your application, they will come back for an interview, in most of the cases, a phone interview.

Well, I doubt it. I believe they just have no enough people to interview - maybe they should change their policy: to interview people after they read the whole package.

I don't think it's negative to be interview waived. Just you/me lost a chance to increase our posibility - if you are so good at interview. On the other hand, it will also not decrease your posibillity - if you are not good at interview.

Really? I don't think so. I believe they will arrange a very brief phone interview if all other materials passed examine.

我今天也收到E－MAIL说面试WAIVER了，但今天也有人收到MAIL CONFIRM THE INTERVIEW。他们的标准是什么呢？是根据PART 1 SUBMIT的时间吗？

听说WAIVE掉的有两种人，一种是很牛的，不用面试，一种是一般的可能会被拒掉。但还是有机会看你的申请材料，不排除再次邀请你面试的可能。
