支持B,因为geese的数量其实已经不多了，即使去掉限制，也不会使别的动物种类多起来。

我选的是D.看了答案是B很是不解.再看了一些讨论,我还是坚持D.也赞成楼主的说法.

D, 如楼主所说,随着数量增加，雪鹅重新启用了好几年没用的栖息地, 那么原来在southern regions的hunters很可能有无法到新的地方去,即使dropping the restriction. 这些雪鹅的数量还是可能增加,使the other species无法recover. weaken!

我选的是D.看了答案是B很是不解.再看了一些讨论,我还是坚持D.也赞成楼主的说法.

个人认为有2个重要信息不能忽略:

1.a popular quarry for hunters in the southern regions

2.dropping this restriction would allow the other species to recover.

我自己是这样想的,不知道有没有说服力.

我觉得你所说的2个信息很关键，题干是说雪雁的数量太多，所以取消限制会对其他种类的鸟有帮助

文中的推理过程：取消限制--》可以多杀鹅--》鹅数量下降--》other species recover

B、由于限制存在， hunting season比原计划时间早早结束这种情况已存在一些年头了（注意B用现在完成词，隐含的意思是现在鹅的数量已经很少了，other species 该recover的都应该recover了；现在鹅的数量纵使增加了，取消限制，大开杀戒，也没用了。）

本题不同意B（虽然有大牛的jj做证），楼上几位都说B的原因是因为SG数量不多，总数少所以没打爽就到5%了，可是也有可能是SG数量急遽增加（对应题干中的sharp increase)，打的人更多啊（对应题干的popular quarry）注意这个5%只是一个比率，跟绝对数量没有关系。因此B不能支持或削弱结论。同意D,理由楼主讲的很清楚了。

个人觉得这题是这样的：

恩~~同意哈~只有这个解释看起来稍微正常.我觉得B答案暗含的assuption不是像前面讨论的说SG的数量减少了,所以5%很快就达到了,这个没有解释在schedualed date 之前收工的原因,schedualed date 也是根据当年SG数量来算的,所以,SG数量少,schedualed date 自然提前,而其实B想表达的是猎人对SG的需求的减少,说明他们本来想捕获的数量就不到5%~那么即使是放松限制,让他们想捕多少就捕多少也不会增加捕获的数量,从而 allow other species to recover~

它是說 It has been many years since the restriction led to the hunting season for snow geese being closed earlier than the scheduled date. => 距離上一次狩獵季節提前結束 (也就是說獵殺雪鵝超過 5%) 那已經是好多年以前的事情了 => 也就是說現在這幾年的獵人已經不太補獵雪鵝了=> 獵人都沒興趣打獵了那放寬法令也沒有幫助.......
