14.A society can achieve a fair distrubtion of resources only under conditions of economic growth. There can be no economic growth unless the society guarantees equality of economic opportunity to all of its citizens. Equality of economic opportunity cannot be guaranteed unless society’s government actively works to bring it about.
If the statement given are true,it can be properly concluded from them that
(b)all societies that guarantee equality of economic opportunity to all of their members are societies that distribute resource fairly.
(c)a societies can achieve a fair distribution of resources. only if its government actively works to bring about equality of economic opportunity.
答案是C，可为什么不是B呢？逻辑推理过程是：actively works--equality—growth—fair distribution. 这样实现了 fair distribution的社会才一定有机会均等啊，应该是一个由到小的范围吧？
