c is correct, I choose b. Why b is wrong

因为recognize和treat这两个动作的主语不是adult survivors，至少treat的主语不是。

对这道题我的解题思路是：
1、    根据复数主语adult survivors排除E
2、    根据treat的动作实施者不是adult survivors，排除B和D。
3、    剩下A和C，根据罗嗦原理排除A。

但是我不是很确定思路的第三步是不是正确。请指教。

C选项和B选项的区别是一个主动，一个被动。

Adult survivors had no chance to recognize and treat their symptoms---自己发现，自己治疗自己

Adult survivors had no chanceof getting their symptoms recognized and treated ---让医生发现治疗自己。
