有学校说成绩单是录取之后再提交，推荐信是提供推荐人的EMIAL地址（是不是也是网上提交？），那岂不是UPS的200大洋又省下来啦？

All schools prefer to online application. Still, in most schools' cases, you need to mail out your transcripts and your degree certificates.

If so, how can the schools know your college scores and how they verify the scores if you fill your score in the schools' web forms?

They will ask you to send original one once you get admission.
