不是，你可以再去看几题省略动词的用法以及错误选项的解释，OG解释是非常重要的，have只是一个时态，不是动词，而平行中要补出的是谓语，have并不能作谓语，只有动词可以。

exposed....causes一直都是修饰the people的，do not才是谓语；那么，not so exposed也是修饰those的，与前面的平行。然后就是谓语动词的对称了。
