top14提供贷款或者奖学金的可能性有没有呢？其他一般学校会有奖学金的提供吗？

Some schools below 30th may give you scholarship. student loan for international students are avaliable in most schools. One that I know is the from CitiBank

You may get scholarship from many schools, BUT probably not the top 14, unless you have a really high LSAT like 175 or higher.

What I just said applies to full-tuition scholarship and full tuition plus stipend scholarships only.
