Yes. I can't log on both http://www.duke.edu/ and http://www.fuqua.duke.edu/ here. Maybe, the sites are blocked for political issues. Last year they both worked quite well. What's going on?

If u work for a foreign company, ur company's server is probably located at HK or singapore, then u can use the PC at office. if you does not work for a foreign com,then ask your friend. I know Big Five companies' servers are located at HK or singapore.
