(D) prohibiting that any chemical banned on medical grounds in the United States is sold to other countries（C）

(E) that any chemical banned in the United States on medical grounds is prohibited from being sold to other countries

why C , not A

prohibit...from doing sth.是固定搭配。在A中，from后用的是名词sale，应改为being sold。

而E选项中，on the ground 的位置错了，所以只能选C。

但是不能接THAT(排除D), 如果是FROM的结构, 后面必须是DOING 而不能是名词(排除AB), E是被动,还有BEING SOLD不如PROHIBITING THE SALE简洁,所以E不如C

结构不能混用

"diretive" = 命令 tone , 不是嗎?
