2点求助：(1)which means有没有错。
(2)That screens out中的that指带什么。如果说他是指带disparate effect语法上对单是意思上可能不如指带mechanisms好。但是纸袋后者显然s多余。

i think it should be A

First, we use the phrase" be disproportionate to " , not " be disproportionate with"
Second, In " that screens out " ,That means "disparate effect" so we should use the verb " screens"

个人感觉在GMAT中，which一般都用于指代其前面的那个词，在本题中就是指“disparate effect",但本句是用that is后面的that screen out a percentage of minorities or women disproportionate to来解释Not all employment selection mechanisms that have a “disparate effect"。如果这样理解，which means就不对了。不知这样理解对不对？

另外，disproportioate后面应接to,表示“不相称的”，使用排除法可以把B、C、E排除。

可是如果that is 是插入语的话，那么应该没有连词的作用。两个定语从句并列不需要连词and 吗？
