感觉B是不对的，其它的也都不好，估计是道测试题吧。呵呵。

真要选一个的话，我会选C。

象这种不明确的题，建议不要花太多的时间在上面。

这项禁令导致狩猎提前结束已经是几年前的事了伊斯说好几年禁令已经形同虚设了但是数量还没有减削弱嘛

B翻成中文是：这个restriction导致hunting season提前结束已经好几年了。

所以如果dropping restriction的话，更多的snow goose会被捕杀，这样其实是strengthen了题目的结论。
