答案是C 偶选的B 用WHICH 不就产生指代不清的错误了吗? B的分词形式清楚的表明是MEDICARE做逻辑主语啊.

但好象也不好, 省略了题中的must ,意思表达也不清楚

那WHICH 指代前面的句子就更不对了,还是不明白

GMAT不用单独的which指代前面整个句子，但这样可以：of which , for which...,等你把大全987道题做完了，你可以发现很多这样正确的选项。

which指代的就是逗号前面的other nonhospital services，句子是说一部分program全部支付，另一部分就是other nonhospital services不包括在全部支付的范围内，需要program的受益人支付20%

B的making會有修飾上的ambiguity

可能是修飾前面的service或是Medicare

C的for which，根據邏輯意思明顯修飾 Medicare

沒有問題

for which 就近修饰
nonhospital services，不可能修饰主语，根据句意beneficiaries pay for nonhospital services

making优先修饰主语不对； must没特殊情况还是不省的好

B 中的making引导的结果伴随状语的逻辑意思是medicare cover了 full cost of home health care 的结果是让20%的人去付nonhospital service的费用，这和原句的逻辑意思不吻合，原句并没有说causal-effect 关系，仅仅是解释一个现象

E我觉得有两个问题

1、but not改为which从句，改变了原句的层次关系，原来是平行关系，现在用定语从句就成了从属关系。而ETS中，除了整个句子划线，一般是不允许改变原句主次关系的

2、E选项中nonhospital service that make benificiaries… 表达的意思是：非医院的服务使受益者支付…，而C选项中 nonhospital service, for which benificiaries… 表达的意思是：受益者必须为非医院的服务支付…。很明显两者相比C的表意更符合逻辑更准确。

must是强语气词,原文如果有尽量在选项中保持

就是说政府的program只cover full cost of... 不cover （the full cost) of other nonhospital services.

B making修饰歧异，可以做定语修饰services，也可以做整个句子的伴随状语,对吗？？
