XDF老题，第3遍作，仍错。请大家讨论、指教了！！
1.Framed by traitorous colleagues, Alfred Dreyfus was imprisoned for twelve years before （there was exoneration and his freedom）.

首先排除A、E，有明显的错误。B中使用了to be exonerated传递了将来的信息，同句子意思不符。D中有两个不好的地方，一是并列不对等，只用了一个his（尽管这里用这样的所有格来表达也不是十分理想）；二是将划线部分意思结果化，而这里应该强调的是was imprisoned 和 being exonerated and freed之间的关系。

这题没有什么可说的。首先排除A、B、C。D、E之间D中的less ... as错误，所以E。at least fifty percent是习惯用法。

作状语的时候，优先考虑介词短语的形式

这里当然最好是before能看作介词了

然后在遵循有名词就不用动名词的原则

所以就选D。

例子很多的，我一时没时间找。你看看补充材料或者OG上很多的。
