All test centers in the region you selected are currently full. You can select Change search criteria to search another region, Select another date to register for a different test administration date, or select the center of first choice from the list below. If you make a selection form the First choice center list, a center within 100 miles of the center selected will be assigned as soon as a new center is opened. You will be notified as soon as a center is assigned. An admission ticket will be made available in your My Docs folder as soon as a center is assigned. There is no need to call LSAC since a thorough search of available centers has been performed. Your LSAT registration must be completed and all fees must be paid before you can be assigned to a center.

从字面上看应该是这个意思。不过还是不敢相信。我还想12月底等昨天的考试分数出来后再报呢。看来是没戏了。唉。。。
不过我建议你打个电话给LSAC确认一下
但是还是正常填完了表格，给了我的visa帐号，说24小时内扣钱。
我打电话问了香港考试局，那边的意思是扣了钱就不会不让考了。waiting list里的人太多了还可能新开考场吧。在考场内加坐也不是不可以的吧？
建议想再报2月的抓紧时间报一下吧。
另外昨天考完的同志们，感觉如何呢？不知道到时候考成什么感觉才不需要cancel成绩。。。
幸好提前报名了。不过2月份考得话也只能到明年下半年才能申请的
