请教大家gdw-1-2

请问b错在那里了，这道题我是这样分析的：the company 是单数所以看b,d ,e。

d的语序混乱排除，剩下b和e.但是不是不经常用 the country’s 这样的所有格吗？为什么选e呢？b 不对的原因是因为which ranges前面是counties,指代错误吗？如果这样是不是所有的定语从句都只修饰which 或that 之前的那一个单词？
