答案上第一个是C,第二个是D.

21题：

BDE显然不对，A中的paying应该改为payment较好，而且应该放在year,之后。

63题：此处省略it. 并且倒装，补全应该是：than is it usual for...,我以前隐约记得由此语法现象。我找找看，应该在TOEFL考试中有。

因该是21C 63A. 21的D中insead of应该放在330 year后面，放在最后显然不对。63的D要么不全it is usual,这样补一半，错。所以是A.并且than usual是固定用法！
