标题: 请教欧洲MBA学校Finance强的学校（审查讨论我的list)

在国内券商工作了6年，先后有风险投资和兼并收购的工作经验，想到欧洲去读MBA，目的是提升知识，建立更好的网络，到外资投行去；如果有运气的话，希望能从欧洲募集点钱来国内投资，下面是我选择的几个层次，请大侠们指点：

第一批考虑对象：1.牛津：理由：时间1年，finance和综合名气都强，就业和薪资不错；

2.LBS,理由：finance和综合名气都非常强，极好的网络；但时间长，真贵啊；

3INSEAD 理由：时间1年，排名全球第8，综合名气都强，就业和薪资不错；但finance不是最强（而是consulting),国内知名度不太大；

4.IMD,排名，薪资，和奖学金都很不错。

第二批：

RSM，manchester business school(MBS),剑桥（金融一般一点），ESADE（西班牙金融第二好，IESE 第一但两年太长了）

第三批：HEC，I.E(西班牙，中国学生奖学金，据说排名靠前有点水分），Cass of City University（综合知名度不太大，但在伦敦，金融还是很不错的）, Cranfield(UK,和面试官混了个脸熟，金融不是非常强）

小弟亦想到歐洲念MBA，目標是一年制的。尚未有shortlist 心儀學校。

just fyi. UC berkeley has a quant finance program. one year too.

LBS allows your to fasttrack your MBA. Normally the course takes 21 months but the shortest time you can finish it is 15 months. You want to go to its web site for further details of this. It also offers a Master in Finance course, arguably the best one in Europe, which may also be very suitable for you if you want to find a job in the top IBs.

i am not from LBS but I have been in IB for a while. according to my experience, if you are very ambitious, choose LBS, Instead or go to US Top10. All top banks only recruit people from these schools.

Oxford有你相像的那么好吗？City的地位也很高的，不考虑学校名声，单论Program好坏和Placement的话，City不至于排到Oxbridge后面吧......

LBS is the best one. INSEAD also quite nice.

If you want to get in the front office(Investment banking, Sale) of top IBs, go to LSB.

But for trading (especially Fixed income, it seems MFE will be great, i.e Hass and cambridge)

你好！我认为自己和你有非常相似的背景。我北京的一所重点大学business administration本科毕业，国内一家专业从事收购兼并的合伙制投行5年M&A的经验，参与过几个比较大的收购、融资和重组，其中包括跨国的。

我一直无法判断LBS和LSE哪一家会比较强，请大家赐教。另外，我也非常想把INSEAD作为绝好目标，但是总觉得它金融不强，我这样的工作经历即使进去，也会让自己比较尴尬。

Can't say finance falcuty in LBS is better than LSE since I never compare between them. But students in LBS are generally very experienced and many had top IB or strategic consulting experience and you can learn a lot from your classmates. As a result, similar to LBS MBA, LBS MiF can join top IB starting from associate level. MiF in other universities tend to have many fresh undergraduate without W/E, and many of them have to work from analyst level in IB.
