答案是E，可我搞不清楚D为什么不可以，ONLY 到底应该怎么用啊，位置有什么区别啊？

我感觉如果only在原句中的意思是通顺合理的，就不要改变它的位置

因为only 用于强调所修饰的名词或动词，一改就改变意思了

有两三道题里only的逻辑不通顺，答案换了一下位置

不是。这个句子是

a collection was published and it was only the second (published)

如果是 it was the second one，则意味着it指代产生歧义。

it was可省略
