C中的which指称是不是清楚？

还有如果我把前面的making beneficiaries pay 20 percent of the costs

当成是covers the full cost of home health care, but not of other nonhospital services,

所导致的伴随状语不可以吗？谢谢

B只要问一下Making的主语是谁，就觉得不对了。

C which指的就是services

B making修饰歧异，可以做定语修饰services，也可以做整个句子的伴随状语。

which 很清楚指services

pay的用法：

pay (money) for sth pay for sb

所以少了介词for

现在分词紧跟着修饰but not of other nonhospital services

我认为B这里，如果没有for就没有交代清楚这个钱是用来pay什么的，也许是所有的cost。
另外making这里既可以做定语修饰，也可以做伴随状语，修饰前面的整个动作，包括cover和不cover，其实意思也就有一点模糊不清了~
