1. both blame the other


2. each blames the other


3. each blame the other person


4. both are blaming the other


5. each blames one another

Longman:

one another
used to say that two or more people or things do the same thing to each other or share a relationship

Examples： They seem to love one another very much.

                     The streets are all at right angles to one another.

如果选one another, 也应该是“both blame one another”.

我选B。
