Hi, when I open above file, the document path or name is not valid showed up?

could you tell me how to do next.

it happened several times when I open others. I am using the computer in the library at the university of America. maybe it does not recognize chinese or sth ? I can read chinese here, but can not type.

no, maybe in those computers you can not get rar files downloaded.
