打个比方,如果现在平均工资为1000元,现在其中的一些工作(它们的平均工资也为1000元,如D所说的)被取消了,那么取消后社会平均工资还是1000元,(加上题中所说的)新创造了一些工作,这些新工作的平均工资要比1000元高,那么加上了这些新工作后,社会平均工资不就是提高了吗?所以得到结论:Delmont’s tenure the average paycheck in this city has been getting steadily bigger.
