答案是C。我感觉"new work is not that ..."有点说不通，语法上到是满漂亮的。

选C吧，并列 ...is not that it takes...but rather that it is...

还可以通过 not...but...排除，另外as后只能跟句子，like用于比较，不能连接句子。

有点不太明白，否定的宾语从句（这里that是引导宾语从句吧？），否定词是放在从句以外还是跟在从句中谓语之后？请指点！！

XDF规律，not but优于rather than优于instead

A中not but 和instead重复，而且not... but...内容应该对称,前面是that...，后面也应有that
