C is not correct. "which" can not stand for the whole sentence before it in GMAT.

"monkfish"'s plural form can be "monkfish"or "monkfishes". I checked www.thefreedictionary.com.

fish在英文中都是复数
除非前面加数量词 a fish
不论什么fish都同上
