我无法说服自己选A或是C，告诉我A或C哪里错了，为什么错？

不能这么省略吧。
应该是

WINES HAVE BEEN PRICED TO SELL, AND THEY ARE( PRICED TO SELL).
WINES HAVE BEEN PRICED TO SELL, AND THEY HAVE BEEN( PRICED TO SELL).

DO 可以指代前面整个谓语动词，但没听说可以指代不定式的。

如果这样的话，后半句又把前半句的意思重复一遍，有什么意思呢？
这句话的意思是：商家给酒定价，为的是酒能畅销，而酒的确畅销了！！
你说呢？

首先，我认为要确定they 的指代对象。
由于同一句中，代词只能由一个指代对象，那么从前面的their可以判断， they 指代Italian vintners 而不是wines
所以a*必然不对， sell应该用主动而非被动。
答案我认为应该是c，而不是a

this is an independent sentence, so the subject is "their wine"

这题是代词指代问题， their 指代 italian, 但是后面的they 不是。所以两个选项都错误
