工厂旺季监管更严格，推出旺季的工伤几率应该低于淡季。要削弱，证明旺季引起工伤的因素多，比如生产时间大大加长，生手变多，疲劳上升等等。

旺季工伤事故低的原因不是监管严格而是工厂对安全监管和设备维护的投入多了,挣的多才知道保护工人，资本家啊:=)
