正确答案是c，但是我认为c是解释更恰当一些，解释了为什么Mayor create了更多的工作，却还有人来抱怨lost job。

作为加强，a答案也可以考虑啊，虽然有他因也可能造成a答案不一定就能造成结果，但是也没有证据显示a答案就不能作为一个证据啊。

例如：a单独不能推出c，b单独也不能推出c，a,b同时发生能推出c。那可以说在a推出c的逻辑中，b是一个加强啊。
