请问：C 的the responsibilities of home and work会不会有所谓的歧义，需不需要改为the responsibilities of home and those of work

B是不是错在home and work responsibilities 不对称

另外，permit 是不是用permit to do？

B, permit employees balancing错，应该是permit sb. to do.
