Applicants who hold degrees or earned credit from non-U.S. institutions must have their
academic records evaluated by a credential evaluation agency before they can be considered for special student status or admission to a degree/certificate program. In addition to submitting official academic records to the School of Professional Studies in Business and Education, applicants should make arrangements with an authorized credential evaluation agency, such as those listed below, for an evaluation of the degree, an assessment of the overall grade average, and a course-by-course evaluation. Assessments should be sent from the agency directly to the address noted above.

对，好像实行这个政策有几年了。不过我记得去年是已经录取你，要发你AD之前让掏银子调查自己。
今年是先交钱么？那肯定会吓跑一些申请者，是好事:p
不是明摆着人品有问题吗，要不然就是极度的歧视，不申了！cow！
