看了解释了，可还是不大理解为什么选A, D为什么不对呢？

D的逻辑意思的确有些别扭。另外，D中的DID根本没有指代对象，指代的是前面出现的什么动作？

D 语法没有问题, 而逻辑上错误, 清楚些表达是: they appear to us as they appeared in the formation of the universe., ----- 他们呈现在我们面前就像他们在宇宙形成中表现的那样. , 那就是说他们当年干了些事, 现在又照样干了一遍.

Choice C presents a dangling adverbial modifier, as if during ..., that illogically modifies we see. as if 是conj.引导一个状语从句, 这里as if 后根据状语从句的承主句省略原则,省略了和主句主语一样的主语和be 动词, c 就是: we see them a if we were during,

不同意这个观点，were（are) 是前面那个并列句的主语。

d的错误是，they appear to us as they did in.....这里as引导的应该是方式状语，did = appeared

所以应该是they appear to as they appeared in ....就是说这些quasar appeared to us in the formation of the universe显然不正确

哈哈我又看了一下mm说的是对的，“省略了和主句主语一样的主语和be 动词“

按照ets的要求改成省略了和主句主语be 动词和一样的主语,我就不会理解歧义了！

(B) 错在过去完成式, OG说的很清楚了: 过去完成式要用于比一个过去动作发生的还要早的动作,
类似题目可以参考OG-108
Choice B inappropriately switches to the past perfect (had been); the past perfect properly describes action that is completed prior to some other event described with the simple past tense.
