If psychology accounts for a sizable portion of your undergraduate experience and you plan to apply without a Master's, you may have a better chance with the Consumer Behavior concentration under Marketing than with the Organizational Behavor concentration under Management. The latter seems to be more culture-specific and hence tends to favor candidates who are native (or quasi-native) speakers of English; also, it is more interested in candidates with prior working experience. With respect to career placements, the job market for OB is obviously more saturated than that for CB. I can be wrong, though, as neither is my domain.
