我的问题是，如果选C,句子的谓语是什么？Worried about...是做什么成份？感觉应该用worring about ...没弄懂，知道的请给俺讲讲，谢谢！

我的理解：

句子的谓语是：has formed ……

worried about 做定语修饰主语，只不过有省略，完整的定语应该是 that is worried about the removal of ......

worried 在这里是形容词

个人认为用worry的动词形式也是可以的，省略之后为 worrying about 后面与C选项的后面部分一样，也不算错误的。

偶是新手，意见仅供参考，嘿嘿，不知道有没有说清楚呢。
