第一眼看起来像是选E，但是仔细看了选项之后觉得每一个都可以选

A：除了乐观还有别的可以提高, 证明乐观确实可以
B：更有效的方法是XXX, 和乐观无关系
CD都没有解释Conclusion。E：没有足够的证据证明两者有关系。 Weaken
