conclusion: 没有新开店，所以不是关便利店导致的 反驳：因为关了店其他竞争便利店开店
这道题理解难点：关便利店——这些便利店在其他地方开店——污染 这个逻辑脸中的三个元素出现在两句话中，使人读题干就有点晕，不知道前一个结论和后面一个反驳结论的点的联系在哪里。

1.便利店关门的原因是因为觉得他们吵 停车等等，但其实是因为不开新店造成的。
削弱题：他因？不是因为吵，而是因为其他的原因比如竞争压力大开不下去了等等。
2.政府免费发消费券给中介和一些公司，公司将券卖给了中介
推断出：公司的人不愿意用消费券，消费有限制不实用只能购买部分商品？或者兑换商店太远了人们不愿意去？
3.外包比部门花的钱少，发言人说是因为提高了竞争，
假设题，要打通竞争和花钱少之间的逻辑断桥。比如：回收部门不和市场比价，没有竞争所以价钱高。或者外包过程需要比价最后的处理商价钱低。
