tl：12.15递交，中途要求补了一次材料，1.23面试邀请-2.2面试

考官是Sarah O，人很nice，回答的时候也一直在给feedback，开头简单问了一下今天好不好之类的
1.self introdution
2.internship（因为self introduction说了internship）
3.short tern plan
4.追问了Dream company和具体职位，但说完Dream company之后就move on到下一个问题了
5.back up plan
6.why Simon
7.leadership experience
8.cross-culture experience
9.Q&A
面试大概20min，开头时候就和我说了今天有20分钟面试时间，时间卡得很准
