我也错选了E，但我感觉理解原因在哪里了
①首先，永远不要记所谓的“某个词出现，该选项永远都不选”这种内容，这不叫知识，而应该理解为什么他们不优选；
②本题需要结合语义来判断，先看主句：外国汽车制造商能够保持价格稳定，为什么呢？前面提供了原因，因为美元强势所以使得进口汽车成本降低，这体现的是一种因果关系，用with是没问题的；E选项仅仅表达时间先后，意为：当美元强势使得进口成本降低后，汽车制造商就有这个能力了，体现的是一种时间上的关系，没有因果关系，所以无论是从语义上讲，还是逻辑上讲，A选项比E选项要更好
