为什么这个不选择A第一个那，这个although引导让步壮语从句，it指代前面的整句话，

我理解B后面的那个by是不是有问题，这个没有想明白，希望各位老师指导一下，感谢感谢

和你想的恰恰相反，it在严格的语法中不能够指代整句话，只能指代一个名词，在A选项中，只能是aspirin。Aspirin被避免，这个从句意上说不通。
