招聘全职及兼职研究助理

Title: Full-time (or Part-time) ResearchAssistant

Report to: Center for Psychology ofInnovation and Entrepreneurship (PIE Center), School of Entrepreneurship andManagement, ShanghaiTech University

Location: #1 Zhongke Road, Pudong,Shanghai, 201210, China

(300 meters from Shanghai MetroLine 13 Zhongke Road Station)

Job Responsibilities:

* Assist research projects relatedto empirical/experimental research on the psychology of judgment & decision-making,creativity, problem-solving, entrepreneurship, and negotiation and group dynamics.

* Support professors in teachingand administration duties.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inpsychology, business, management, statistics, computer science and so on;

* Interest in pursuing advanceddegree in psychology, organizational behavior, management, ornot;

* Experience in writing papers,reports, or presentations in English;

* Familiarity with experimentalmethods and multivariate and multilevel statistics;

* Familiarity with SPSS, STATA,SAS, Mplus, R, and/orPython (computer programming skill is a strong plus);

* Mature, responsible, organized,detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work independently.

Salary is commensurate withexperience and commitment. This position would be an excellent fit for someonelooking to strengthen research skills before applying to PhD or other graduateprograms.
