这个题比较老了，老外的论坛上争议都一直很大，别看那些说有歧义的。D没有歧义。
关键在于gmac老头认不认同 to a three year high point, to a six month low point这种用法。ny times，bbc，bloomberg的文章都经常有这种用法来表示最高点或者最低点（生育率，支持率，失业率之类的），而gmac老头的题目大多取材于这些sources。
