Job Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities mainly include but not limited to the following:
1. Assist in research, including literature review, collecting/coding/analyzing data, coordination of research projects, etc.
2. Assist in communication and coordination with scholars and practitioners, including business executives.
3. General administrative tasks, including budgeting, correspondence, etc.
Job Requirements:
1. Master degree in business-related field, including accounting, finance, organizational behavior, human resource management, business analytics.
2. Familiar with quantitative research methodology, including data collection, cleaning and analysis. Must have experience using quantitative analysis software such as Python, R, SAS, or Stata.
3. Analytical capability and intellectual curiosity.
4. Excellent English and Chinese reading, speaking, and writing ability.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups.
6. Able to commit for at least 1 year
