1- Which candidates do not qualify for the Talent Referral Program?
• Graduate or undergraduate students hired to a job/role that is an Entry Level/Campus role or that goes through the Campus Recruiting Process.
• Individuals hired for an "experienced" position within six months of completing a graduate degree and do not have any other professional experience.
• Candidates who have already been submitted to the firm by another employee, search firm or the candidate being submitted is already active in the recruiting process.
2- How does the U.S. Talent Referral Program work?
The candidate profiles are automatically updated and will remain in the national candidate database for twelve (12) months from the date of receipt.
The candidate will be able to apply for additional positions on Deloitte.com and the referral will still be attached to that candidate for the twelve (12) months eligibility period. 所以如果你12个月内已经找了别的小伙伴内推,就直接再找TA内推别的职位。
3- What happens after I submit the referral?
Both the employee and the candidate will receive an email acknowledgement of the referral. The candidate will be provided an invitation to view and update his/her profile.
